Press release on Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov's meeting with Arab League Ambassador to Moscow Jalal Mashta

On 16 January, Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov met with Arab League Ambassador to Moscow Jalal Mashta, at Mr Mashta's request.

During the conversation, the strengthening of Russian-Arab cooperation in the format of Russia's interaction with the Arab League was discussed. They also exchanged their opinions on the current situation in the Middle East, focusing on the development of the situation in Iraq and Syria.
